Yesterday, we said goodbye to our dear friend, colleague and co-founder, Barrie.

What we witnessed was simply overwhelming.

To everyone who stood along the street, attended the service, joined us afterwards in the BlueBell Suite, sent flowers, cards, kind messages, or simply kept Barrie in your thoughts... thank you.

The incredible turnout and outpouring of love showed just how many lives Barrie touched over more than 50 years. He wasn't just a remarkable hairdresser; he was a wonderful friend, mentor and a huge part of our Leading Edge family.

To our loyal customers, old and new, friends, colleagues and everyone who took the time to honour Barrie, you gave him the most beautiful and fitting farewell we could ever have wished for.

Our hearts are full of gratitude, and we know Barrie would have been incredibly humbled by the love shown to him.

Sleep peacefully, Barrie. Your chair may now be empty, but your legacy, your laughter and your kindness will live on forever. 💙
