She learned advanced colour application techniques, consultation skills, high-shine glass hair treatments, and specialist curly hair styling methods including finger coiling and frizz-reducing diffusion techniques.

The training also included working hands-on with a live model under expert guidance, putting her new knowledge into practice and producing amazing results 👏
