Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to both our clients and staff, we require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s), and this fee must be settled before rescheduling. Furthermore, clients who fail to show up for their appointment ("no-call, no-show") will be charged the full amount (100%) of the scheduled service(s). This charge will be automatically applied to the card on file. If the card payment fails, the full service fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. Please note that this cancellation or no-show fee is not a deposit and cannot be applied toward future services.
